Guarantee: If you are unhappy with a product you purchase from us for any reason you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price minus applicable shipping charges. You must call and request a refund within 7 days of delivery of the product to qualify for the money back guarantee.
Guarantee Return Policy:. You must call within 7 days of receipt of the product to qualify for the money back guarantee. All returns must be received no later than 15 days after the complaint has been made. The product must be repackaged in it's original box and packing. If you can not find all of the original packing or have thrown it out you may use your own, however the return must be well packaged, double boxed, and arrive to us in good condition or atleast the condition discribed in the complaint for the refund to take effect. If the product is received after 15 days has lapsed a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. |

Shipping damage: We inspect each model for damage prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged uppon receipt we will exchange the product. If you opt to file a claim for shipping damages with UPS, USPS, Fedex, Etc. we will ship you a new model uppon receiving confirmation of settlement.We are unable to refund money on models which are damaged during shipping . Types of Exchanges. Normal Exchange: You send the product back to us and we ship you a new product uppon receipt. Good Faith Exchange: We will take your credit card number and ship the new product to you. If we do not receive the exchanged(damaged) product within 30 days your credit card will be billed the cost of the item plus all applicable shipping charges and tax.
