Ground Shipping on orders over $200.00 (limited to orders placed
in the continental United States)
Shipping, *Orders made by 12:00Pm CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00Pm CST will be processed the following business day. Shipping please allow 3-7Business days for delivery. See shipping scheduel below for details on Air and Ground shipments.

Ground shipments ship the same or next day.
Day and Second day Air, Will ship the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM.
Express Mail will arrive in 1-3 business days (not guaranteed) if ordered before 08:00AM
Priority Mail shipments should arrive in 2-5 business days.*
*Priority mail and Express mail shipments are not guaranteed by the postofice to be delivered in 2-3 days. They will be shipped the same or next day if ordered before 8:00 AM If another service can guarantee delivery in the same 3-5 day time frame we reserve the right to use a guaranteed shipping method like UPS ground rather than Priority Mail.

Guarantee: If you are unhappy with a product you purchase from us for any reason you may return it for a refund of the purchase price minus ALL shipping charges. You must call and request a refund within 7 days of delivery of the product to qualify for the money back guarantee.
Guarantee Return Policy:. You must call within 7 days of receipt of the product to qualify for the money back guarantee. All returns must be received no later than 15 days after the complaint has been made. The product must be repackaged in it's original box and packing. If you can not find all of the original packing or have thrown it out you may use your own, however the return must be well packaged, double boxed, and arrive to us in good condition or at least the condition described in the complaint for the refund to take effect. If the product is received after 15 days has lapsed a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. If a model is received In worse condition than discribed in the complaint and is received with out being well packaged and double boxed a fee of up to 50% of the purchase price can be charged to the return. ALL RETURNS MUST BE WELL PACKAGED AND DOUBLE BOXED! You will be responsible for all shipping charges both to and return we will not refund shipping charges on any purchase.
Exchange Policy: To qualify for an exchange of a product . You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. All damaged products must be received no later than 15 days after the exchanged model has been received. We will provide a return shipping label with the exchanged model to ship the model back to us. The product must be repackaged in it's original box and packing. REFUND POLICY If you opt out of a exchange of a model for any reason you are responsible for returning the model back to us at your expense. Upon receipt we will refund the purchase price of the model minus all shipping charges.
Shipping damage: We inspect each model for damage prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged upon receipt we will offer the customer a replacment model and file a claim for shipping damages with UPS, USPS, Fedex, Etc. we will ship you a new model imediately. If you opt out of receiving a replacement and wish to have a refund, you will be responsible for shipping charges in returning model back to us and will only be refunded the cost of the model minus all shipping charges. We will pay shipping charges of the replacement model to you. Any upgrade in shipping besides what the buyer initially paid will be at the buyers expense. AKA buyer paid for ground shipping we will ship the replacement model via ground at our expense. Buyer paid for ground shipping and wants replacement model 3 day, 2 day, or next day air, buyer must pay additional shipping charges.
We have no control over what happens to the models after they are shipped each one is inspected prior to shipping for damage and guaranteed shipped in excellent condition.
Types of Exchanges.
Normal Exchange: You send the product back to us and we ship you a new product upon receipt.
Good Faith Exchange: We will take your credit card number and ship the new product to you. If we do not receive the exchanged(damaged) product within 30 days your credit card will be billed the cost of the item plus all applicable shipping charges and tax.
